Man, did I hate that pretentious, maddening “Being John Malkovich” movie. This is a spoof of that faux art house jive, so logic would dictate that I’d be equally put-off by it. But it ‘stars’ Ron Jeremy, Andy Dick, and Gauge, so logic is obviously out the window.

See, there’s this frizzy-haired slacker comic, Brian Pickles (Berke), who hangs out at the beach all day and does his ‘act’, which consists of sub-Neil Hamburger anti-comedy. One day, after a long afternoon of getting no laughs and getting shot down by the foxy hip Asian chick that works at his fave stroke store, Brian retreats to the cozy confines of a peep-show booth for a little solo action. I forget how, but while he’s in there, he manages to find a portal into Ron Jeremy’s brain. Inside, he gets to experience all the cool stuff that Ron gets to do – i.e. bang starlets and watch TV with Andy Dick.

You know how it goes. He eventually sells tickets, and suddenly EVERYBODY’s deep inside Ron Jeremy. Ron’s career hits the skids because all these over-excited visitors in his head make him cum too quick, and the whole mess ends in a suitably screwy uh, climax.

This is a short film- only 40 minutes – but it’s brevity actually works in it’s favor. I mean, a little RJ goes a long way, ya know? It’s basically a witty porn parody without the porn. The best scenes in the film are the ad-libbed (I’m guessing) bits between Dick and Jeremy as they watch Ron’s films:

Ron: “This was my first double-anal film.”

Andy: “Is that good for your career?”

The funniest moments, however, occur when tiny, baby-faced sex starlet Gauge joins them. She’s auditioning for Ron’s next film, and delivers her lines with all the enthusiasm and inflection of a retarded toddler. It’s hilarious. If there’s some kinda market for exactly that sort of acting, then Gauge will never have to gargle another ballsack, because she’s a fuckin’ genius at blanking out.

Oh, and there’s lots of tits, too. In fact, one of the best parts of this package is the porn star interviews in the extras section. And if you’re really brave, there’s also a groan-worthy Ron Jeremy stand-up routine lurking in the bonus bits.
