You do realize that when somebody claims that a band has a 'Heavy groove', they are most likely not talking about Fu Manchu, or Thee Hypnotics, or anything cool like that. They are most likely talking about something that sounds like Godsmack. Lots of people say 40 Grit have a heavy groove. They do not sound a thing like Fu Manchu, either. Metal Blade used to be rife with bitchin', real heavy metal...bands like Bitch and Trouble and fuckin' Witchkiller. I realize that it was 20 years ago, but I still don't see how this is a logical progression. But listen, if you want to go join the fuckin' Navy so badly, here's your soundtrack.
