Man,
I could just list off the visiting members of the TT Army on this
scar-studded rekkid and you’d be suitably impressed – beefy production by
Jack Douglas (Alice Cooper, Aerosmith, Cheap Trick), guest
riffin’ by Brother Wayne Kramer, Marc fuckin’ Diamond,
and Ryan Roxie (Electric Angels, Alice Cooper), a duet
with Runaway Cherie Currie, and backing vox from Sonny
Vincent and Taime Downe, among others. Bad ass, right? Even
better, this ‘uns got some of Terri’s tightest, punchiest rockers
yet, like the (suitably) catch “One Hit Wonder”, the superbitchy “Strike
3” (”Gimme, gimme, gimme back my pants!”) and the tougher n’ leather “Mafia”,
as well as TT classics like “Dream Wrecker” and “Never Shut
Up” (her motto, natch) and a cuppla right-on covers, delivered in
Terri’s signature Stiv-meets-Wendy O snarl – Iggy’s
“I Got a Right” and Thin Lizzy’s classic “Rocker” (the
aforementioned Cherie duet). As with any Texas Terri record,
it’s fulla chugging punk rock n roll guitars and alley-cat howls, and it’s
horny and ornery, and it fuckin’ rocks, baby. No wonder Angelina Jolie
is so hot for our Mizz Terri. Ain’t nothin’ sexier on this dumb
planet than a chick that can rock out with her cock out.
